How do I subscribe to Subscribe & Save?

We know there are some beauty products you never want to be without.

To make it easy to keep beauty basics and other essentials on hand we have a service where you can subscribe to automatically receive your favourite product every month, or every 2, 3 or 4 months. 

To subscribe, please follow these simple steps:

  • Search for your chosen product on our website

  • Decide how frequently you would like to receive your chosen product
  • Click the 'Subscribe Now' button to add the product to your basket

  • That’s it! You’ll receive your first product immediately and continue to receive it thereafter based on your chosen frequency.
     

We will send you an email reminder before each replenishment order. You can change your frequency, quantity, next delivery date, and cancel at any time.

 

How to manage your subscriptions

Sign in to your zestbeauty.com account.

Hover over the My Account menu and click on My Product Subscriptions.

The My Product Subscriptions page will then display all of your product subscriptions. It will also tell you clearly when your next delivery is due.

Making Changes to Individual Subscriptions

Qty
Click the + or - sign to adjust the quantity of the item to be sent each ordering period.

"Every" (drop-down menu)
Select a frequency from this drop-down menu to change the order frequency for the item.
Note: This change will take effect after the next order.

Skip Next Delivery

This will skip the next delivery and then continue to the next.

Cancel Subscription
Click this button to cancel the subscription. You may be asked to provide a reason for cancelling.

Shipping Address
Click (Change) to update the shipping address for the item.
Note: If all of your items need the same address update, the change should be made on the Next Order tab.

Default Billing Info
Click (Change) to update the billing address for your subscription payment method or add a new card.

 


Making Changes to Your Next Subribed Order

Change Order Date
Click the calander button to edit the order date for the item. Updating the order date for each subscription will help to ensure that orders are properly consolidated.

 

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

What price will I receive when my items are on sale or in a promotion at the time my subscription order ships?

You will always receive Products at Every Day Low Price on items that are part of your subscribe shipment. Various promotions and sales (email specials, Facebook promos, Deal of the Day discounts, buy-one-get-one-free (BOGO) offers, etc.) are excluded from the subscribe program, however you can skip a delivery and order your item speratley to take advantage of any offers you may see.

Why can't I add some items to my subscription?

Certain items are not eligible for subscriptions. This includes discontinued items and select items such as hair stylers.

How do I access my subscribed items?

As a registered Zest Beauty customer, simply log in to your account. Once the My Account page loads, click on My Product Subscriptions. 

When and how do items ship for delivery?

Any items scheduled for delivery will be placed for shipment on the next order date. Once your order is placed for shipment, it will usually ship in 24-48 business hours. All subscription orders are shiped by standard shipping.

Will I be notified of backordered items that are scheduled for delivery?

You will be notified via email when a product scheduled for delivery becomes backordered or otherwise unavailable on the day it ships.

Can I add items to my next order with an existing subscription?

Can I cancel an item that is ready to ship?

Yes! You can edit or cancel an order up to 24 hours before the next order date.

How do I remove an item from an order?

To remove an item from your order, click the Next Order tab in Easy Refill and click Remove next to the item you wish to remove. You will be asked to verify this change. Please note that this will only remove the item from your next order. The item will ship again on the next delivery date.

How do I view my future deliveries?

You can view your future orders by clicking the Next Order tab in Easy Refill. Your next scheduled order will show up when you go to the page.

How do I change how often an item is sent?

To change the frequency of an item's delivery, go to the My Subscriptions tab in Easy Refill. Under Quantity Frequency, click the drop down tab and select how often you want to receive the item (every 30 days, 45 days, etc.). The newly selected frequency will not take effect until after your upcoming order has been processed.

How do I skip a delivery?

If you need to skip a delivery, go to the Next Order tab in Easy Refill. Click the Skip Delivery button below the order date. You won't receive the order until the next order date.

To change the order date for any individual item, click the pencil icon under the My Subscriptions tab and then click Change Order Date.

Can I change when I get email reminders?

Unfortunately, you cannot change when you get email reminders for your Easy Refill orders. When you create an order, it is automatically set up to send an email reminder 10 days before your Easy Refill order will be placed.

How do I change the email address for order reminder emails?

To update your email address for order reminder emails, please contact our Customer Service department by calling 1-800-824-4491 or emailing customercare@swansonvitamins.com.

How do I change an order date?

To change an order date, go to the Next Order tab in Easy Refill. Click Edit Date to change your order to a specific date, or click Send Now to receive your order as soon as possible.

When will I be charged for orders?

Your credit or debit card will be charged on the day your order ships.

What payment methods are accepted for Easy Refill?

All Easy Refill orders require a credit or debit card payment. Multiple credit or debit cards cannot be used. Also, alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted.

Which credit/debit card will be charged for my Easy Refill order?

The card you used when placing your first Easy Refill order is the card that will be charged for all orders.

How do I change my billing address?

To change your billing address, go to the Next Order tab in Easy Refill. Click on the pencil icon in the Default Billing Info box, update your information, and click OK to confirm the change.
