Essential C Toner from Murad has a patented formula that contains orange and coneflower extracts to gently condition dehydrated skin. You can tighten pores without drying your skin with the Essential C Toner thanks to a blend of witch hazel and sodium PCA, a natural occurring skin moisturiser.

Directions:
