Fortified with natural surfactants from Rosehip Seed Oil, Apple Amino Acids and Soapnut (a Southern Indian fruit), the delicate formula effortlessly dissolves all traces of make-up and excess sebum, whilst Organic English Rose Water, distilled from handpicked English Roses, soothes and comforts skin. Your complexion is left clear, smooth and rejuvenated.

Directions:

Soak cotton wool pad and wipe gently over eyes and face.
For best results follow with your preferred ELEMIS Toner.
