Returns & Refunds Policy


We want you to be totally satisfied with your order therefore we offer a refund or exchange (if applicable) within the first 14 days from when you receive your order. If 14 days have passed, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.



Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a FREE return service (with our UK customers only) if in the occurrence you have received an incorrect or damaged product.

  • Please make us aware of any issues with your order before returning, as this will delay the refund process.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Any products returned with broken seals will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned back to you.
  • The product must be in the original packaging.
  • Any returns from our overseas orders will be at your own cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied back to the original method of payment that was used at purchase.



Exchanges(if applicable)

We only exchange products that are defective or damaged. If you need to arrange for a replacement product, please send us an email at customerservices@zestbeauty.com.



Wish To Cancel?

If at any time you wish to cancel your order throughout the processing stage, you must notify our support team immediately. We can not cancel your order after despatach.



Refund

We strive to action the requested refunds as it can take up to 14 working days for the funds to be credited to your credit/debit card account. Please note that this time frame is not guaranteed as it may depend on your bank.



Late or missing refunds

If you still have not received your refund yet, check your bank account otherwise please contact us at customerservices@zestbeauty.com.


If you have experienced an issue while purchasing and have attempted multiple times with failed payments, you may still be charged. We encourage you to contact our support team as soon as this has happened to inform us as we are not made aware otherwise. Once we know of any failed transactions, these will be immediately cancelled and returned to your original payment method.



Partial Refunds(if applicable)

  • Out of stock/Discontinued products we are unable to fulfil from your order will be processed for a refund.
  • Any product not in its original condition, missing parts, leaked and/or slightly damaged for reasons not due to our error.


Shipping

  • Any returns must be sent back to Zestbeauty, please contact our support team before returning any items.
  • Orders can not be cancelled after despatch or out for delivery.
  • Customers outside the UK are not eligible for a pre-paid return. Shipping costs are non-refundable!
  • All overseas orders will be charged with a customs fee. The amount will vary depending on your country. Please note that Zest Beauty is not responsible for any custom fee charges and will not issue any refunds.
