If a order gets lost in the delivery system, we are unable to investigate or process any claims for refunds until you fill out a lost in post disclaimer form. Once the form has been filled out, please allow up to 2 weeks for investgations. If you have put in a claim and the parcel has arrived, you need to by law inform us as soon as possible.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

You may return any unused Products you have purchased (except those that by their nature cannot be returned such as opened cosmetics, drinks, items that deteriorate with time and other such items) within 7 working days of delivery for any reason including if you simply change your mind. To do so you must first notify us by using the contact us section on our website within those 7 working days. You will then be advised on how to return your products. Upon safe receipt and provided that the products are returned unused and in good condition, you will be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. We cannot refund damaged product returns. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to us. While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition.

If:

- the Product delivered is not what you ordered (including any Substitute Products), or does not correspond with its description;
