Directions:

• After cleansing your feet, put the plastic socks on both feet and secure the socks around each ankle using the enclosed pieces of adhesive tape.
• Wear plastic socks for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the product to absorb
• After 10 to 15 minutes, rub the remaining solution gently onto skin
